How to manage Accounts in MaxFunnels

Accounts are your business contacts which can be leads acquired from your advertisement forms, manually added by you or imported by you. DotcomPal treats your all the business contacts as an account and serve the better insights of them by which you can strategize your business in better way.

On your dashboard, you will get options like Projects, Campaigns, Audience, Accounts, MyDrive, Analytics, and integration.



Click on Accounts, in this section you will find all the details of the account which you have acquired through videos advertisements or you have added/imported manually.

MaxFunnels believes in simplicity, uniformity and customization.

Because of which adding account manually is another simplicity at its best. For adding account, you can either import a file by clicking on import or you can simply click on the New Account on the right-hand top screen.



Once you click on add new account, you will find a screen on the right side where you can add the detail of the accounts such as basic information, social information, and tag information.

Basic Information



In basic information you can upload a profile picture for the account and also you can fill details like name, joining date (which will be auto-filled), email address, mobile, date of birth, country, etc.

Social information

In social information, you can fill the social account detail such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. of the account holder name. This way you can be connected with your business personas or Accounts on their social media platforms.



Tag information

In Tag information, you can add tag to the account holder so that you can search the particular account with advanced filter.

On accounts page you will find all the list of the accounts such as Name, Email Address, Mobile no, and Company Roles.



You can search the accounts with the dropdown filter through All accounts, recently added, recently updated the account, account added in last 07 days, etc.

You can also search by simply putting the name/email of the account in the search tab.

For more advance filter you can click on Add filter and can search the account by name, email or created date and by using the add icon you can refine your search.

For every single account, you will have choices to either edit or view.

By clicking on edit button, you will be redirected to the account information where you can edit the details of the account holder and save or you can add a custom field by clicking on Add custom field through which a screen will pop out where you must put the name of the field you want to add to the account and based on your preference you can select the type of the field such as text, number and date and then click on Add fields and it will be shown at the bottom. After this click on Save.

By clicking on the view button, you will be redirected to single account where you can find the basic information of account holder such as picture, name, and email etc on the top of this page.

Now this is the most exclusive MaxFunnels feature. Single Account System is the centralized business contact management which gives you the detail insights of your business persona’s behavior in your business.

Single Account System also has all the activities performed by the individual as the unknown audience that I explained in “Audience Training Video” like page visited by the account, video viewed/played by that account, notification viewed by that account, e-mail sent to that account and many more . This feed will be present in recent activity section of that account. You can check all the recent activities performed by that account in this recent activity section quickly.

This journey helps you to analyze the behavior of your business personas with respect to your business which ultimately helps you to strategize your business plan and marketing campaigns respectively.

You can also see the activities summary of the individual account in your business, where you can find visiting summary, mailing summary and existing summary and with the help of calendar you can filter the result based on todays, yesterday, Last 7 days etc.

If you want to transfer your accounts data somewhere outside the software, you can simply export all your accounts in .csv format by selecting all the accounts or a single account by clicking on “Export”. Similarly, you can delete the accounts as well.

You can also integrate MaxFunnels with your CRM tools that you are using to nurture and convert your leads into customers. Single Account System will give you whole behavior of your business personas and by analyzing that you can easily convert those businesses personas into customers. My Friends! On the right-hand top screen, of every single account, you will find the option of “edit” which resembles “edit” explained earlier, Next to edit, there are navigation toggle through which you can switch to different accounts and can get insight of every added account.
